Fusion-One 600 Zirconia

“Disruptive by Design”

Fusion-One 600 Science and Advantages

The Fusion-One crown by Esprit Dental is considered to be the best addition to dental crown restoration technology. It’s an all-ceramic crown which provides the best aesthetic appearance by complimenting natural teeth. It has an appealing translucent color while being highly durable and extra strong. The Fusion-One crown has a life-like shape and transparent color that provides an exact color match with the patient’s own natural teeth. It has no metal alloy base, thus does not affect the aesthetics around the gum line. The crown is long lasting, strong, and less prone to fractures when compared to other traditional crown types.

Since 2004, we have pioneered the dental lab industry with our revolutionary in-house Zirconia processing capabilities. The science behind Fusion-One 600 is in the custom blending of Tosoh fine powders and pressing that allows us to achieve a more translucent result. Fusion-One 600 Mpa once again redefines Zirconia as an aesthetic anterior ceramic. Whether you need strength or aesthetics Fusion-One Zirconia will exceed your expectations. For additional information, please download either our Lab Version or our Dentist Version on Fusion-One. Take a look at the Fusion-One 600 Mpa Anterior Zirconia User Guide for Sintering and Finishing instructions.

Indications for Use

Intended to restore carious lesions or structural defects in teeth. It is intended for use in cavities Classes I, II, V and as a restorative material intended for veneers, crowns and up to 3 unit bridges.

Sintering Instructions

Normal room temperature ramp to 200C at 80C per hour. Ramp to 1500C at 600C per hour. Hold for 2 hours. Ramp to 1200C at 500C per hour and then natural cooling to 200C.

Finishing Instructions

For best recommended results, pick your ideal base shade and stain and glaze to final result. “Painting” can be incorporated to enhance characterization. If dipping is incorporated, select a shade one to two shades darker to get to the shade that you are wanting to achieve. This proves to be less predictable and if any adjustment is made at chair side an unpleasant result is always predictable. Lot’s of things to think about and no one ever complained of an e.max crown whitening up if adjusted chair side. Eliminate multiple issues at once while making your lab more efficient and profitable.
